We are able to ship to a majority of countries worldwide.

 

DELIVERY RATES & TIMES 

USA Customers: We offer free shipping to all the United States of America customers.

 

All Other International Customers: For all other international customers, there is a shipping fee applicable to their order when they check out.

 

SHIPPING DISCLOSURES

* The provided delivery times are estimates based on delivery to metro areas only. They apply to all countries.

* Regional areas may take longer to deliver than advertised or may be excluded from the shipping service advertised. This applies to all countries.

* All Parcels include online tracking, which is compulsory in all countries.

  

DUTIES & TAXES INFORMATION FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Duty and taxes may be collected at checkout and paid on your behalf to allow successful import clearance/delivery of your purchase. You must comply with your countries border protection laws in order to avoid these import duties and taxes.

If you choose to reject your parcel due to duties and taxes imposed on your parcel, you will still be charged all related shipping costs, as well as duties and taxes. Due to strict government border controls, these fees cannot be avoided or waived, and must be paid regardless of whether or not your parcel is accepted.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Herazai reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at the time of re-shipment if a customer makes an error when providing a shipping address during the checkout process.

All shipping delivery times are provided by our shipping carriers. Herazai will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by our shipping carriers and their associates.

 

Herazai is not responsible for delays caused by customs officials, shipping carriers, or natural disasters in the course of shipment.

 

High volume/quantity of orders are subject to additional shipping fees at the discretion of Herazai. Additionally, this policy applies to orders where a re-ship occurs due to a new order being placed with the use of an issued store credit, and where the paid shipping fees are not reasonably sufficient to cover actual re-shipment costs.

 

If your order consists of a pre-order item with an item that is in stock, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item has completed production and is ready for shipment.

 

It is your responsibility to keep track of the tracking status of your parcel. If you fail to claim or collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame (set by the postal system of your country), your parcel may be returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you.

 

Herazai reserves the right to refuse shipping to any country that is deemed to be risky, or to request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
