RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Given that finding the right size can be a challenge, our dedicated team is here to help. If you are unsure of your size or displayed color, please contact our customer service team for assistance before making a purchase.

At Herazai, we want you to shine at any of your events. We offer you returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. 

This remedy is also applicable to the following:

  1. If you encounter issues with sizing and fit.
  2. If you have changed your mind.
  3. If your event has been cancelled.

1. RETURNS CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES

  • Every article purchased on Herazai can be returned. For all eligible returns, a refund will be directly sent back to you, on the same payment method used while purchasing our product(s).

  • Any items that are returned must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of receiving them.

  • All return shipping costs are at Herazai expense. However, the eligibility of the return and therefore refund will be approved by the Herazai team.

  • Items must be returned with all labels and garment tags still attached, and must be new, unused.

  • Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

  • Returns will not be offered for samples, paid packaging (e.g., care bags/gift boxes), socks, earrings, hair accessories, tanning products, bodysuits, and undergarments/intimates for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift card payments are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • If you have purchased a glitter gown from Herazai, you should be aware that glitter fall-out is normal and to be expected. This issue will not be treated as a fault, as this feature is advertised within the product description.

Color:

It is possible that color of the dresses displayed on the website may vary on different screens compared to the original product.

External factors such as lighting and flash photography may also affect the true color of some dresses. Therefore, we strive to accurately identify the color of the garment within the product title or product page. If you are still uncertain, please contact customer care. Refunds will not be given for this reason.

 

2. RETURNS PROCESS

We recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking information on the return label so that you can monitor the shipment of your package.

Any issues that are caused through a courier or a return label besides our own are not attributed to Herazai.

It may take 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed by our warehouse. Afterward, you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been delivered by the Herazai team.

 

How to return your product(s):

  1. To be environmentally responsible, please re-use the bag in which you received the item. Simply use the second strip on the flap to re-seal the bag, or use strong sticky tape to do so. We recommend using only satchels and bags.

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition, including the attached swing tags and the original packaging. Items returned must be free of makeup/tan marks, excessive hair, and unnatural smells/scents. Returns will either be subject to a cleaning/fixing fee or will be denied if these conditions are not met.

  3. Please pack all the items you selected to return along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email into the satchel and seal it. It is important that the satchel fit the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Furthermore, ensure that there are no visible tracking or shipping labels attached to the satchel.

  4. Please include your return number on the outside of the returning parcel, as this will confirm that your order has been approved by our returns team.

  5. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package and pay the return fees. Upon approval of your return, you will be provided with the return address.

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and provide you with a refund (depending on the return or exchange eligibility).

  

3. FAULT & WARRANTIES

We value your purchase. Hence, all products purchased from us are individually inspected by experienced quality control specialists under camera supervision before they are shipped. Your item(s) are thoroughly checked before they are finally wrapped and packaged by the designated shipping team.

In the event of an unexpected fault, Herazai is happy to provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to the customer upon approval (within reason).

For all faulty claims, immediately lodge a return request and attach clear photos of the claimed faults on the product along with the ‘Garment Quality Check-List’ which was provided with your order.

Depending on the claim, any faults caused during wearing the item/s may be void, all joint and moving parts are checked and tested before shipment.
