ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS

Within a few minutes
of placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email (which
will confirm that you have provided the correct email address). When an order
is dispatched, customers will receive automatically generated emails from our
shipping partners, keeping you up to date with the tracking status of your
parcel.

Please check your spam/junk
folders in case this email was not successfully delivered to your inbox.

**IMPORTANT: If you do not receive an order
confirmation email in your inbox or Junk/Spam folders, you may have misspelled
your email address during the checkout process. We recommend that you notify us
immediately via the Contact Page in order for us to re-send the order confirmation
email and correct the email address on file. If you provide the wrong email
address, you may be unable to receive order updates or receive fulfilment
emails containing tracking information/instructions for your order.

POST-ORDER VERIFICATION PROCESSES/CHECKS

It is possible that your order will be subject to a routine verification process or address checks. In the event these post-order checks are initiated to you via email (soon after placing your order); your response is required before your order can be fulfilled.

These checks are a duty of care that we owe our customers in order to minimize fraud and error when sending an order to an incorrect/incomplete address. You are responsible for responding to all
post-order verification requests promptly and in a timely manner.

Herazai will not be held responsible for any delays caused by fraud-preventive measures or address checks.

Please ensure that you regularly check your Spam/Junk folders in case these emails were not delivered to your inbox.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm Chicago Standard Time (CST), excluding public holidays and weekends. The processing time for all regular orders is currently two business days.

Please be aware that
processing times and shipping times are not the same thing. After your order has been processed (printed, picked, checked, and packed), it will be transferred to our shipping queue for dispatch. When the package has left our physical location, delivery times will apply. We recommend that you visit the 'Shipping' page for our available shipping methods and delivery times for your specific destination. Additionally, you can find this page in the footer location of the website.

business days do not include weekends or public holidays that apply to Illinois, USA.

CURRENCY & CONVERSIONS

Given that we are based in
the United States of America, the default prices on all items are set to USD. However, you can pay in your own countries currency by selecting your currency in the
available popup, or by using the manual currency selector located at the top right of our website. For all other currency exchange requests/questions, you
may wish to consult the current exchange rates by visiting www.xe.com

When proceeding with
another currency (non-USD) at the checkout page, you are automatically eligible
to pay in your selected currency.
 

Prices may fluctuate depending on the current exchange rate. The bank/financial
institution linked to your payment method will process the conversion (in your desired currency) for you in the background and the result will appear in your statement.

CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES (Excluding USA)

Customers who reside outside the United States of America may be subject to tax and
duties applicable to their order. Herazai may collect any import-related duties/taxes from the customers. Your order will include duties and taxes at the checkout, and will be added to the shipping cost. This is not a fee from Herazai, but a fee from your countries border protection officials.

Please be aware that the color of the garments displayed on this website may differ from the actual color of the physical garments. Even though we strive to display the true color of the garment as accurately as possible on our website, many factors can have an impact on the
color you view on your device's screen/monitor.

This includes, but is not
limited to, monitor/screen type, device age and type, display settings, flash/lighting within displayed content.

COUPON CODES

Only one coupon code can be used at the time of checkout or purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to an existing completed order. Credit notes are not compatible with other
coupons. All coupon codes are not valid in conjunction with other coupon codes. This item is intended for single use only.

Upon a return, any used discount codes on the original order will not be re-issued.
